Gp said they were milia and they would go but they haven't and have spread. Any ideas would've helpful as they are getting worse.
milia often do spread. They often start appearing on sun damaged,or any type of damaged skin or skin that has had a lot of steroid treatment. They can take some time to disappear but sometimes they are very stubborn. Try using a complexion brush and a bland face wash to work up a lather on them. Rinse thoroughly and then use a face cream with Retinol or Vitamin A. Be careful though as this sort of cream can irritate at first. Try a small amount just behind your earlobe at first. Are you in UK?
If the milia become very big do go back to your doctor.
Thanks for your reply, I've had no steroid use and don't like the sun! Could do with some today though! Yes I'm in UK. Some of them are like milia most are raised kind of a cross between milia and a skin tag, I must have hundreds of them!
