what could this be inside my vagina and only one? I am waiting on my STDS test and yeast infection test. Negative for syphilus, bv, or tricho. I am having UTI like symptoms and was given antiobiotics. symptoms are lower pelvic pain, vagina burning/tender, pain while peeing, no discharge, labia irritated/burning.
