small white vescicles

i have 2 small flat white vesicles , no itch, no ache.. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Herpes? HPV? thank youFile size is too big

they are called Tyson glands and are normal and harmless

they are tyson glands common on both sides of the frenulum
