Small YAG opening

Hi, I'm just wondering, what am I going to see if they do a small YAG opening, e.g. 2-3 mm? 1. Is my vision going to be a mix of clear vision + abberation / blurriness caused by the remaining capsule around? 2. Is there going to be any pinhole effect that could help my near vision? All in all, clear light paths would go through a small aperture.
