Smell from herpes

Im pretty sure i have herpes, does rhe odor from herpes stay for life?

it lasted few months for me. so luckily it went away

hsv dont have an odor.

you can get a bacterial infection bv alongside herpes its has a fish smell to it but its two seperate issues bv would need to be treated with antibiotics

it definately had for me. for months after getting infected. watery discharge which smelled a bit chemical/dull but it wasnt a bacterial infection, BV tested negative and was also very different from it (had that one once before too). now its luckily back to normal.
