Could be from supplements you are taking. I notice it with certain vitamins. Not a bad smell, just different.
yes! strong ammonia smell mid month. nurse said its stronger flora because of hormones
Drink more water! When you’re dehydrated and your urine is more concentrated it has that ammonia smell
