# Smoked pot for years and now smell

im currently 25 and have been a daily pot smoker for years. ive noticed that i have begun to smell (body odor). Its hard for me to notice but others seem to clearly. ive cut down to smoking only before bed but during the day i seem to have this odor. I have consulted doctors and changed my diet. I was just wondering if this could be because when im not high and i am under constant withdrawal and my body is under stress causing me to sweat because its so used to the thc? i am not blatantely sweating but more a secretion.
