Smooth Painless bumps on vulva warts?

I just noticed these bumps two weeks ago. They are painless. At first i thought they were pimples or ingrown hairs but they have not gone away. Do you think these might be genital warts or molluscum? i am very concerned.

they look like Molluscum Contagiosum
go to the doctors and get them tested

These are not warts, but they are probably MC.
