Im slowly adding back after a flair. I know everything isnt black and white and works for everyone. Trying to find ideas for snacks.Im thinking of pretzels and hummus? Anyone peel the grape skins off so you can eat those? Anyone do cottage cheese?
Remember hummus is high fibre.
I do pretzels or flavoured rice cakes sometimes.
But honestly I am eating small meals after a flare so I just eat the other half of whatever meal I was eating.
**I do cottage cheese ALL the time! What is hummus is it mashed beans and is there skins in it? For my snack I do peanut butter with raw honey on sour dough bread.
hummus has no skins and is a puree like consistency, you can get just plain and it’s garbanzo beans. unlike refried beans, it does not give you gas.Have you ever done a quiche which is beat up eggs milk in a pie shell. Just not sure what else to add into it. I’ve read many are having success with ham diced.
