So after 3 sessions of biofeedback...

done under the auspices of a PhD psychoanalyst:

What I've learned so far: 50% of our thoughts are random. We have to monitor them. Find a type of mind exercise/technique that works for you in order to chase negative thought away. Mine is this: Play relaxing music while doing an online graphic type breathing exercize. I do "Breath Pacer." He set the times for me - mine is about 7 seconds for inhale and 11 for exhale. When I do this 2 times a day - along with my own thought vigilance - I feel much calmer - in control. Also it is vital to exercise outdoors everyday, eat right and sleep at least 7 hours a night.

That sounds very positive and inline with my therapy sessions breathing exercises are my salvation and in my opinion better than tablets take care

I wish more people would try this. It just seems that people are always posting about the many problems they are having with their meds - regulating them, getting on them getting off them, etc.
Yes, its work but its better, in many cases, than the alternatives.
Important to still do the “big five”:

Sleep well - min 7 hours
Eat right -no junk food, limit sugar
Outdoor exercise every day at some level
Talk to people every day - make attempts to socialize
Try to keep negative thoughts away - when they creep up, give yourself a shake, or blow them away, turn on the tv - anything you can do to chase them- that’s a victory for you.

It’s not easy and can be very lonely place but I agree entirely with you take care

That’s a good tip!

Today we have hard time in focusing which are in front of us, which causes low output and quality of work. I think these techniques shall be known all of us.

Mind and body relaxing should be our number one priority so we can execute any work properly.

I am feeling relaxing already now
