We had rain today on and off, thunder and lightening later in the evening...very very loud and bright. It absolutely bucketed down so much I couldn't hear the TV and it was near to full volume. Having an iron roof and no drop ceiling in the lounge it can get very noisy... but today it's all rained out, not a breathe of wind in the trees here all day except only now at 5.15pm there is an ever so slight movement in the smaller branches..
South Island has snow in a few regions as does the North Island. None here except for the mountain ranges.... Mt Taranaki/Mt Egmont...

morning christine I dont blame you for doing absolutley nothing and not get getting dressed. we need to look after ourselves and pamper ourselves I find also if you treat yourself once in a while that can also help to lift your spirits. we deserve to be pampered with what we go through each every day. Was wondering where you must live with an "iron roof" your in NZ..love hearing the rain on an iron roof...it's lovely, but not if you can't hear TV mmm, that our saving grace..lol..we have a new house and it's tiled...really miss the iron roof...grrr...at least you hose it down in summer and help the air conditioning out..although Tasmania is not sooo hot in summer...lol...have a lovely day deb...be blessed..:-) xxx
