So bad back pain, breathing difficulties and the choking sensations

So been suffering with bad anxiety with 6 years worst in the last two years after coming out as gay but started fully wen my nan died years. I noticed for the choking sensation or finding it hard to swallow get chewing gum even if u have to but 10 packets I find they help the most . Breathing problems I know it sounds stupid but go for a fast walk or jog if possible it actually takes the horrible feeling of thinking ur going to stop breathing . Also warm baths for the back pains it eases for a bit use Epsom salts in the water. There the real three problems I have but find it helps a small bit when I get bad panick attacks I've two apps one is called DARE and the other HEADSPACE there good to help. Also another thing for me looking up videos of people having these anxiety symptoms and showing panick attacks it makes it less lonely and knowing other people are actually going through it which is horrible but helps to know it's normal if that makes sense. Also think whoever is up for it is to make a watsapp group that if we needa talk more or get in touch with people tat experience the same feelings as everyone is diff . Hi anthony yes thats a good idea. Thre are hundreds if people out there with the same symptoms, im one of them. Suffered with health anxity and social anxiety on and off for about 10 years xx

I think that’s a great idea. The amount of times I’ve sat here day and night thinking I wud feel so much better if I just had someone to talk to who understood how I feel and to ask if this is pain/feeling is another part of my anxiety. I’ve had anxiety for several years but been really bad the past 2 months since a miscarriage. These tips have really helped me thank you x

Hi Karen, glad ur up to the idea I feel the more we can get on watsapp the more we can help eachother and others. It's worse thing going without a doubht and anything to beat it.

No problem glad it's helped find the chewing gum great for the choking feeling. The more we get on watsapp the better we can all share wat might help us or ease it and go from there
