Hi. Sounds like me when came off alcohol years ago.different drug but when we stop our body goes haywire. I could have written all the symptoms u described.you may think why do I feel ill after months of being out of your body but sounds like anxietys kicked in and this will tell u it's safe now to smoke or take stuff. Believe me if you start again your body will tell you great for a while but snot a good idea. Been there twice and been through living hell. Have a think. I would see doc ,tell all this they see this a lot and will help.glad u asked for advice. Talk anytime it helps with the constant worry of what's wrong❤️
So what you are saying is it will go away i been this for 6 months i had a massive panic attack then i was having it daily always calling the abulance so they can come get me then i realized whats happening to me after that day i had stop smoking because of what happen my heart was racing really fast then it was still happening and i havent smoked or anything i was a bit worried going to the hospital mostly everyday and they couldnt find anything so i was still worried something was wrong because i kept having all these physical sympthoms i never had before
Keep having physical symptoms because anxiety tells you youriller than you are (you are ill not imagining it but anxiety doubles it) glad hospital did tests they often do this it's a relief tests are ok but anxiety tells you no you not ok.its very wired and scary. I wanted to call ambulance many times thought I was having heart attac or manic episode. Got mum to come and stop with me and when felt calmer asked advice here from similar sufferers. ❤️
yeah i have physical sympthoms daily everyday and how did yours go away ?
Hi, Johnnie. You simply experienced a terrifying moment...the weed may or may not have been the cause...and your mind remembered it and it now is focused on it. Try to take good viamins, drink lots of water, sleep to rest your nerves, and eat healthy meals. Take a good, long walk everyday and say positive thoughts. You're stuck in a panic loop and need to help yourself stop it through positive thoughts. Tell youself you're safe and OK as much as possible. Watch funny movies. Stay away from stress. Teach your body that you're fine and teach it that you don't need the alarm to go off. It's a little like PTSD. Try Cognitive Behavior Therapy too. You can find free courses online.
Since I experienced the same symptoms I may have some answers for you I experienced heart palpitations around January 2017 went to several doctors and cardiologist different test and I was fine even from the heart but I learned how to control the heart racing which is a lot of running exercise and beta blockers (propranolol)
So those meds helped and runnkng but say if my heart just beats faster then normal sometimes and beats hard aswell and i have metaprolol i took it only when i needed it i got like a month or so that i dont take because wasnt getting as bad but now i feel like its getting a bit worst again
I completely understand what your saying. It may be general anxiety disorder which we can all manage but it takes time to control just really depends on you. Meditation. Exercise.weights. diet change. Avoid alcohol and caffeine and rich foods in carbohydrates like fried food. I'm currently controlling mine with exercise we have to take control and. It let it go tell us
yeah but the thing is that im not remembering at all about that day its just that im having physical sympthoms mostly daily if its not one thing its the other i get spasms all over my body to my chest where my heart is to ever where in the body at times also its like my body cant be calm or relax its like im jerking my neck and head and body sometimes jts like i csnt relax makes me think im having a sizure or something nervous of something happening to me like heart attack or just drop dead with all these sympthoms im having that i never had before after that one day it just messed me up for 6 months already like i really dont know whats wrong with me
Yeah its just hard at times to try to take control because it try to control me and my body by its own at times or makes me wanna run out of places like any little sympthoms or feeling like i cant breath just wanna make run out places at times
I hate to say that my anxiety started this year too it's been really bad sometimes it tries to control your body your head and even have physical symptoms and that's when you start to think the worst about yourself but all the tests at the doctor come out normal so you have to keep thinking that to yourself that you're ok and nothing wrong its just anxiety. Another thing that helps a lot is intense work outs like jumping jacks .push ups . monkey bars. And punching a sand bag. Your brain works and what we are trying to do is balance it out and know when its supposed to work hard and be in a calmed state
yeah its just a bit hard
I was just talking to my therapist about this. I think it's called substance induced anxiey. I believe it's rare with marijuana but can still happen. Problem with anxieties is it can surface at any time. I used to travel by car and plane all the time. Now I can't get on the freeway let alone an airplane. To get this under control you'll need a treatment plan. There's medication through your physican. I recommend a psychiatrist. There's a natural approach with citamis and supplements. Magnesium, vitamin d, c, and fish oil seem to be popular. You'll still need to talk to a doctor about how much to take cause even vitamins can strain organs and you can OD on some. There's also therapy - one on one or group. Physical exercise I hear is great for it. My theory is you will condition your brain to think fast heart rate and shortness of breath isn't bad. When you exercise that's what happens and you know it's not dangerous. Eventually your brain won't find these symptoms to be fearful. Also it forces you to breathe hard, not shallow breathing. There are a ton of online resources for activities and exercises. Here's a site I have found helpful.

You'll make it. Just remember it can't kill you. It feels like it but it can't and it won't.
Wow listening to you makes me feel a whole lot better the fish oil my friend take it he tells me its really good but yeah that day that weed messed me up mentally and physically for some reason sometimes i think im just going crazy 6 months this way and still not finding a cure dont know what to do anymore i was always out having fun with friends partying enjoying my life but now it feels like i cant even do that anymore ever sesne that time i never smoked again sense that massive panic attack got 6 months this way and i havent smoked again or drink and its just wierd and im still this way hopefully i get better and another thing is when i work out feel my heart beating super fast and feel like i cant breath and my heart starts feeling wierd and i cough for some reason like a spasm in my heart then it goes away after i jump like it makes me nervous a bit hope fully this all goes away one day
Another thing is i have so much sympthoms i never experinced before sometimes i cant even tell a docter because it just to much then he might look at me like im crazy or something
Its good that youbstopped smoking pot. Sounds like you have heart problems. Sometimes Doctors wont find it the first time. For those that have heart problems they should not do drugs, drink beer it will only aggravate the heart problem. Go to another doctor and have that checked out again. Sounds like seizures or a tic. Hmm.. I wouldn't know but do get help and don't smoke pot no more. I hope you feel better. The heart beat you describe sounds like a arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter. Doctor knows best though. I know my doctor did not find my heart problem the first time we had to go to another doctor and he found my heart trouble. So seek another doctor. Wish you the best hope you get better.
