So much going on right now

Had a few drinks at the weekend my body is now in pieces. 

Chest discomfort. 

Tired eyes

Arm/Hand tingling/shaking 

Jaw pain

Body zaps everywheee 

General feeling so tired and drained. 

Drunk my body weight in water yesterday and hats not helped. I think I'm a goner this time  

One of the worst things for anxiety is alcohol. You will pull through this but try to avoid drinking  when you're feeling anxious. Adopt a healthy  lifestyle of exercise, eating good foods, staying hydrated,  counseling or meditation, etc. 

I go through this a lot too.   just have to keep telling yourself tat everything is fine and get your mind right! You will pull through this!
