Hi all I was so lucky, I have always wanted to post one of my shots here and this is my first, I took this one a few years ago, when I could walk properly, and now I have it on my wall from a freebee on the Internet, from Shutterfly, it only cost me the postage, and I now have it as a 16X20 inch shot, a frame from Wilkos £7.50 + USD Postage £3...It fills a space, and makes me look forward to more photography and walking normaly again next year.
Thanks for looking in again and kind regards to all.
How inspiring Ian! Your photo is lovely! I too play around with photograpy and took college classes to boot. I purchased a nice nice printer that can print 11 x 17 photos and I am quite anxious to surround myself with some of my work! It feels wonderful doesnt it? To look at something you created and soon you will be able to be out in the world taking all the pictures you want because you will be able to walk normally! Me too. My surgeries seemed to have taken my passion away, but you have just inspired me! Thank you!
Hi Dawn I am just turning in...thaks for the kind words, I love this shot, from the moment I took it, it has a few tweaks from Photoshop, and I still feel it is a bit on the dull side but it was just after dawn after all
Hill Head Haven....You can Google it.... Kind regards Ian.
Great shot, am a lover of the water, day 4 and My husband took me down to the harbour to sit. Good to have a goal to motivate you too. Mine is the Sydney to Gong bike ride in a years time.
Lovely pic! I used to do a bit of photography professionally and still love it. I'm a photoshopper too, but only 7! Keep on enjoying it. It's such a good distraction from pain for me.
