I have a really weird stabbing pain in my heart I don’t know if it’s anxiety but I’m really scared what if I’m having a heart attack
Hi Molly, how old are you? Do you have a history of anxiety/panic attacks? You just need to calm yourself down, deep breaths and relax. You’re going to be ok 🙂
Anxiety can make you feel like your having a heart attack but if you are this concerned I would talk with your Dr
A while back I have had stabbing pains by my heart & chest so i went to the ER completely freaking out I had to get blood tests done, ekg, chest xray & even my urine got checked. I was there for about 4 to 5 hours well turns out everything was normal and my ekg was fine too even though my heart beat was at about 170 or 180 bc I was having a panick attack. I had those stabbing pains bc it was heart burn related 😐 & when im anxious the stabbing pains and reflux to bother me. Still ive had 3 ekgs done now at different times bc everytime im at the hospital or doctor my heart beat gets really high and it worries everybody but its bc i am panicking!!
Yeah I think it is down to anxiety because the pain is gone now iv google heart attack symptoms and I haven’t got them just stabbing pain in my chest, I’m only 24 and iv suffered with anxiety for about 6/7 years if not longer iv just never experienced chest pains before
