i am on 40mg of Citalopram and find that some days I get so tired, I often sleep in the daytime and still sleep at night. Others days I can be ok but I never seem to have loads of energy. Does anyone else feel like this on40 Mg? Wasn't as bad when I was on 20mg.

I wouldn't worry about it. It takes some time. I'm going through that now. Give it a few weeks and you'll get there.
hello ruth, something which can be tried if citalopram is making you too fatigued/sleepy/tired, is to switch to escitalopram, which is similar to citalopram but for many people causes less fatigue.
important: note that the dose of escitalopram is HALF of the citalopram dose, so if you are taking 40mg of citalopram, the equivalent escitalopram dose is 20mg.
