Hi Karen, sorry you're feeling so miserable, but it sounds to me as if Elleste has stopped working. You should get in contact with your doctor so that she/he can adjust the dose. Nonetheless, when I stopped taking hrt, and I felt like 'you' I took a vitamin for women, and this would remove that feeling of lethargy, I would take it the minute I felt it coming on. So I suggest you get yourself a woman's menopause vegetarian vitamin and start taking it to get rid of that feeling. I still take it once in a while when I feel low in energy and it boosts me up. Also, taking vitamin D3, on a daily basis will also help to curb the mood swings if you're having any. Hope this helps.
I had to chop and change HRT medication until I found one that worked without the menopause syptoms returning. Oestrodose works well for me and you can up the dose yourself if you need.

Feel like I could sleep for a month!! 😴😴😴. And I'm suppose to go to my second job tonight but I just can't do it, then I won't get paid and it's just going round and round again at the moment.
