So unsure if I'm mentally ill or physically or both

I just can't function right now it's reallly getting more severe each day and panic attacks just keep on happening , I've just had bloods and x Ray done on chest but I keep getting stiff neck a few lymph nodes up in groin had a warm sensation in back of head today and aches and pains all over and I've been burning up for around 3 weeks now and it comes and goes.i honestly can't stand it I just feel on the verge of breaking down all the time.

This sounds like a panic disorder. Its an anxiety disorder plus oanic. Symptoms are are  so cruel and painful and uncomfortable. Severe stress is hard on the body and makes so many symptoms. It will also weaken the immune system as your body is so busy teiggering off the fight or flight then going to reregukate your body. So its a lot of work haooening inside you.

id say be very very sure you are drinking lots of liquids. 60 ounces a day at minimum. And eating. If you cant eat get a nutrition drink. As unfair as this is during heightened anxiety no one stoos and thinks maybe im dehydrated as im not drinking and maybe my blood sugars are awry be ause i cant eat or care to eat but gram the body is a machine and needs liquid and food as fuel to function too. Lymohs get stagnant and headaches galore when dehydrated...etc.. that why i say that. 

Anither thing afterr to make sure you are well htpydrated and have some food in you is your breathing. Learn to belly breathe. Chest breathing and anxiety doesnt mix. Its too need to belly breathe. Theres apps to breathe right and it will teach you amd guide you in a few minutes.

theres are apps mindfullness see if you can get that and go theu it if you are in a crisis state if mind where you cant organize all this see your doctor/gp amd explain whats hapoening. And if needed get a therapist referal if you dont need a referral id say call as soon as possible and get yourself into therapy. This is so common and they really can guide you.

it is so awful to go through what you are experiencing. Please know probably everyone on here has experienced this on some level. You are not alone. This is an awful disorder. It can and does improve but help,is needed.

Just want to say thanks again I'm going to re visit my gp too maybe get something for anxiety im unsure medication doesn't do me very good  might also look into new diets ect anyway thanku
