hi guys, i have had anxiety for 3 months and are still only getting 2-3 hours sleep a night even on zopiclone is this a major concern? anybody get past this stage? Will i ever get my 7-8 hrs sleep back im 27. Thanks guys

Try Relaxation Technique MINDFULNESS before bed. If you have a need for supper have it three or four hours before bed. If you eat to late the tummy will still be digesting food and that can keep you awake.
Go to bed at the same time every night, also get out of bed in the morning same time. Your body will learn when you are supposed to sleep.
