I suffer from severe panic and anxiety been given an inhaler for my airways/lungs because i may and probably have asthma but am scared to take inhaler because paranoid and case ti makes my anxiety worse or makes me over breathe even more than i already do or it will feel horrible so many nasty thoughts going round in my head
Hi Ross, this will help you. When we’re having an attack we may breath faster but we are taking shallow breaths. Allowing your lungs to expand further with this asthma medication allows you to take deeper breaths and it will circulate more oxygen. That will then slow your heart rate and the attack will abate. Hope that helps.
The inhaler will help...I have asthma and I have no problem with the inhaler...doesn't but her my anxiety either..
