Some advice

Not slept in 7 days feels terrible, i started taking Fluoxetine which i was worried to  take a good while back but managed to get the courage to get myself to take it.   Due to my anxiety , I have not been able to sleep for the last 7 days, I told the Dr he prescribed me zopiclone am not really wanting to take somehting like this but ave got no choice, ave had no sleep;.  I have heard horrible things about this drug,  i have took Diazipalm and was ok, but this drug seems far worse, people  saying they couldn't speak properly and had horrible nightmares and other terrible sounding side efefcts for sucha small dose.  I feel terrible just whish, i could sleep without having to take this drug but i can't take another day of feeling extremely spaced out numb and exaushted and breathless .  Has anyone taking Zopiclone 3.75mg? is it all that bad as people say it is for a sleeping aid for one to two night use.  Plus it's very low 3.75 mg

My post  should say "Can I have some advice please"  Sorry if my title seems a bit rude it was not intentional which iw ould edit if allowe dbut it seems that you can't.

Ambien is not a bad drug to help you fall asleep. Is it your anxiety that keeps you up? Stress and worry? Have you tried banana tea?

It sounds crazy but it works. Boil some bananas and drink the broth its banana tea it helps you fall asleep, worked for me after suffering anxiety attacks at night. Another thing is not to be afraid to fall asleep. Your body is more susceptible to anxiety after not sleeping so you need the rest, don't let worry consume yu and neglect the beauty of sleep.

Try the tea! Hope you feel better and are able to get rest.

Try putting a couple of drops of Rosemary oil on your pillow.

Relaxation Techniques with breathing exersises may also help.

Talk to your GP for Relaxing tapes or training and also breathing techniques

BOB

Had this before, took one slept well, woke up feeling less anxious. Think it kind of broke the anxiety cycle. Kept the other one emergencies. No side effects for me.

Hi. Your doctor would not have given you zoplicone if he didn't think it would work. Believe me.. I am the biggest chicken out there and I took them for 7 nights when I could not sleep on sertaline. They make you relaxed and ready for sleep. I woke up refreshed. Don't listen to horror stories..

Good luck and Bob also has some good ideas there.

Thanks for all the replies much much appreciated
