I noticed some kind of red spots sometimes when flaccid but mostly permanent when erected (as in the picture) on my penis since December more or less. I didn't care much about during that time. But now, wondering what this could be?
I remember once years ago after having unprotected sex with a girl friend some spot appear. Applied some moisturizing cream and that was it. Then, I started to see them even after condom use. I thought some allergy? But, now I realized that when erected is just like the picture every time so i am starting to worry.
Is this trichomona or other thing? Unusual fordyce glands? Reactive Arthritis? that gonna go out without treatment? Should I worry?

The bumps are glands that are a natural part of the penis - they become more visible after unprotected sex, for example, when they are irritated, or there is an infection present causing irritation
