Some discolouration and small lump

hi all,

i had sex with my partner in january this year and shortly after noticed some purple discolouration around the rim on the penis head. its slightly darker than the rest of the skin and only in that spot. there was also some other redness around the head of the penis which has since gone with some OTC anti fungal cream.

ive also noticed a small, skin coloured lump under my foreskin that is smooth to touch, even in size and which hasnt grown since january when first appeared. when you run your finger over it, its smooth except for what feels like a tiny spot of hardness. if i stretch the skin the lump remains. its directly below the discolouration on the rim and when the foreskin closes it touches that spot.

no discharge although sometimes it feels a little irritated. ive also had a full sti check come back negative

ive seen a sexual health nurse who said its nothing to worry about and it will go away but its been 4 months now and still here. any thoughts and if its worth going for another opinion?

any thoughts on what this could be? im guessing the bumps around the top of the penis rim are PPP which is new to me and perhaps the discolouration is making that more visible. the lump however has me concerned as its not gone down at all.

this is how the lump first looked and there was no discolouration around the rim at that point. the second photo shows the more purple area of the penis head rim.
