My penis head looks to be a little bit red and also has some red spots under the foreskin underneath the penis head (more visible when penis not erect). This usually becomes more red after I have sex. Also when my penis is erect it seems wrinkly and shiny. No pain. I have a regular sex partner (female) and we don't use a condom. I do was it frequently (and I used to use normal body soap which I didn't know you are not suppose to down there) So now I switched to a more sensitive one but the wrinklesness seems to be a recent development and the penis doesn't seem to get better. I am 21. What could this be? See images attached.

so you said that you are not using condoms when having sex with your partner. Which would rule out any allegic reaction. Have you recently used a different soup brand? has anything changed. and Yes you are right., You should not be using any at all. just warm water (no HOT), but warm. Do you wash after sex ? (including mastubating?)
Before I used to use just normal body soap or hand soap which now I know is bad for you. Then I used Canesfresh intimate gel which didn’t seem to cause any reaction I think but 200ml only lasted me like a week and it was £8 So I tried the Sanex hypoallergenic cleanser (no soap) and this is when it seemed to go downhill so I stopped using it from the day before and only using warm water now. I do wash every time after sex and I do not masturbate.
OK. so for what you are saying i would think that your skin is sensitive - the reactions to the soup kind of suggest that - so actually a dermatologist might do for you… Having said that, and just because you are sexually active, I would still probably head to the gum clinic first - routing check and will enable to you to say to your GP that you have had one and potentially fast track you seeing a dermatologist
