Hi I've been through the samething didn't eat are sleeping for days. But someone told me it not the end of my life its something that u have to live with. All you do start doing is eat right and jus continue going to the doctor when u get the outbreak. I don't know if u got any outbreaks as yet. U have life that's what u must be thankful about and u have chosen the right group to express ur issue. You ate not in this alone. I hope u feel better after this message.

U need to go to the doctor for u to get something for the outbreaks cuz trust mi I know it painful and uncomfortable. I'm going through my second outbreak right now n I have to go see my doctor tomorrow to get something for it cuz I'm not comfortable with the feeling I'm having so jus go to the doctor n they will give u something for it.
Peeing in a hot tub will help and pat dry the area after.
It will take about 3-4 days before you will start to get some relief maybe you can call your doctor and he/she can prescribe something stronger than Tylenol.. mine did thankfully!!
Try not to cry it will get better.
I did the same thing off and on for the past 3 months because I can’t believe my now ex gave it to me after cheating on me. Don’t blame yourself either! Good luck
