have had this issue for a whole now but i dont have the money to go to a doctor i will be able too soon though i recently got a better job but can someone please help me with what this is or how i can make it go away. its like a white stuff on my penis head it doesnt cause discomfort or irritate me but it always is there and it keeps growing around my penis head.

u need to visit a doctors it could be a serious skin condition specially if its growing /spreading needs looking at by a doctor

I have a severe and incurable skin condition of the head and foreskin of the penis, I fully agree with Kim as to what you need to do. A Doctor may need to refer you to a Dermatologist, but they may have sufficient knowledge to diagnose what you actually have and provide you with the correct treatment.
If it is a skin condition the likely treatment would mean you using a steroid ointment for the rest of your life - but first, get an actual diagnosis of what you have.
Once you have a diagnosis I can guide you further on what you should ensure that you are doing to minimise the impact of the condition, should a diagnosis prove positive that you actually have a skin condition …
