I Recently just had a UTI And after I found out I asked my doctor to do a full STD blood work on me but before it could come back about 5 days ago I noticed blisters and bumps on my vagina but I also went in that same day for my test results and everything came back okay but when I told my doctor about it he said it was a outbreak but it’s getting so bad to the point where I can’t pee I can’t walk sit up laying down even hurts I been calling off work because it’s too painful to even move now

Unfortunately the first outbreak really is horrendously painful and I’ll be honest I didn’t find anything that gave much relief.
Sounds rank but when it was really bad I would run a shallow bath to pee in or do it in the shower as the water dilutes it a bit and takes the sting away.
Ice packs wrapped in a towel and squeezed between your legs can help a bit.
And there’s a supplement called l-lysine that I now take daily and is supposed to prevent outbreaks, no idea if it works but I rarely get them now so I’m going to carry on taking it daily.
It will get better but I know it’s impossible to feel like you’ll ever feel normal again during that first outbreak. Here if you need to talk
