For 2 years now something has happened to my penis and i dont know what to do. Initially it started out as a small red bump kind of resembling a really small rice grain. i foolishly tried to self treat with undiluted apple cider vinegar because i was terrified it was a wart. After about a month of this i think i burned my penis as a red rash developed over a large part of my penis. then more strange bumps started to appear and the left side of my penis became wrinkled and painful. i masturbate a lot, every day, and all through out this process.
ive seen a sexual health clinic, doctors told me they couldnt see anything wrong, they tested me and everything came back negative.
i recently went to a dermatologist they also acted like everything was normal and said it didnt look like a wart. They told me it could be eczma or psoriasis and they prescribed tacrolimis ointment which had no effect.
Im about to make another appointment with a different dermatologist, i want to get a sample taken but i dont want a scar.
my confidence has vanished, im depressed, and i recently met a girl but im too scared to get close to her because im afraid i have an std.
