Ive been having unprotected sex with the same person for 4 months. Their penis looks fine and they have not told me about any previous STD history. I woke up to a small white ulcer that is uncomfortable. The next day I noticed more and that weird stuff outside my vagina (really burns when I pee and when the urine touches it). I got tested for all STD/STI’s about 2 months ago which came back negative and have not had any new sex partners since. I went back to the clinic to get retested. What does this look like? Im f^cking scared !
I want to note that the white ulcer was noticable 2 days ago, the morning after sex. The other spots and the white patch in my vaginal opening was noticed the day after I had sex. I was also treated for a yeast infection 2 months ago that could possibly be BV.
I think it looks like herpes but it's always hard to say. Your partner could be asymptomatic. Have the legions swabbed by your doctor as soon as possible. You will get through this.
update: the ulcers appear smaller this morning. the white stuff near the vaginal opening isnt as noticeable. i think it couldve mostly been discharge. over the past few weeks ive been experiencing a really watery yellow discharge. it had a fishy smell for about 3 days until i used some boric acid suppositories. im not sure if that helped or maybe these ulcers are from a boric acid/ tea tree oil burn? one of the smaller ulcers below the opening has popped either from wiping or just moving in my sleep and its bleeding, no puss. The ulcer at the opening still burns like hell when urine touches it and when my vagina stretches ): I will be going into the clinic to collect my results Friday. Until then ill keep posting updates and hoping for more replies.
I got the legions swabbed yesterday. I get my results back on friday. thank you
an update pic from today. there are more small bumps, ive been using monistat and hydrocortizone for the itchiness/burning. Is that okay or should I just leave them clean ?

theyre really odd. I took this picture yesterday when those bumps appeared (it seems they came overnight bc they were not here the day before this aside from the white ulcer). this morning i woke up and checked again. the bumps are gone and the ulcer is healing/much smaller and its only been 2 days. the sores near my vaginal opening seem to be getting better as well. i find it odd because most cases of herpes blisters take a few weeks to heal? and to my knowledge they will pop/bleed before healing up. any input on that?

4/29 morning update pics
Update: I went to an immediate clinic to get the ulcers looked at. Right away my doctor said they looked like herpes. The doctor popped the lesions to send the fluid to a lab. Ive tested negative for BV, yeast, and trich. I got treated for chaymida and gonnorhea incase it is one of those. Ive also been given a prescription incase it is herpes. I have a big feeling I will test positive for HSV2. Until I recieve my results I will continue to post updates and update pics.

can someone please tell me what the discharge looks like for herpes and the smell plz ?
herpes doesnt have a discharge or smell. however, your PH level can be increased upon exposure. a higher PH can mean BV and/or yeast infection. I wouldnt assume herpes based off the smell or look of discharge as its not common to get that with herpes. In my case I was having BV discharge (thin watery yellow/white with a fish odor) with my FIRST outbreak. Any outbreak ive had after did not have a discharge or smell. Hope this helped

you have a herpes simplex virus infection your area lump redness ans lump a few week or month. you need go to doctor will check you dont worry okay. man have a hvs in hide a skin. Doctor cant find so hard that life sick for STD and infection still your body immne yeaes.

This is a herpes outbreak. To eleviate the pain i was taking warm baths, and wearing loose pants to avoid friction. I had to go to a clinic to receive an anti viral for this inital outbreak to go away.
definitely looks like a herpes outbreak.. remember his outbreaks do not have to be on his penis - they could be anywhere on his pelvic area. also if he gets cold sores and gives your oral sex - he can pass it on to you.
