i have a question or anyone can help me with this problem.
I have on my shaft between my skin and my penis muscle something hard (able to move is a bit between the skin and muscle). feels like a hard vein, but it doesn’t look like a vein (more white then vein color). It is not painfully and it is hard and is not squeezable. it is not in the hair grow area so cant be a ingrown hair.
its have this problem a couple months now. masturbate quiet often and long.
If my memory serves me right these look like a typical presentation of natural spots that you get on you penis anyway.
When you mention your level of masturbation I am wondering whether what you have is the row of spots - which is natural anyway - but the ones you have are swollen, and this is linked to the amount of masturbation that you do.
The other thing that could be linked-in with the spots is a Lymphocele - and again, you have the same thing going on in the same area.
The only specialist that could tell you for sure is a Urologist
If you want to test your own resolve you could abstain from masturbation and see whether you have a swelling effect going on - I would suggest you would need to do this for at least 3 weeks …
