There is a colorless liquid that leaks into my underwear whenever I need to hold in a strong urge to open my bowels. (Could it be mucus?) I went to a doctor several years ago about this problem describing my anus feeling wet but it wasn't taken seriously like everything else I go to the doctor with. I don't know if it's related but I get stomach aches regularly too. Why could this be happening? Is it incontinence? Can anything be done about it? Is it something that develops or is caused?

go to a gastro doctor.. did you have a ct scan done and or endoscopy? and colonoscopy
Male. I had an endoscopy and there wasn’t anything wrong. I havn’t had a ct scan or colonoscopy though.
i’d do a ct scan from your rectum up… entire abdomen. that’s what i had done.. and make its with iv contrast for the clearest image..
