My 1 yr 10 months old son has not yet started speaking.

How do i attach his bera, tympano and blood test report?

Need expert opinion.

Did you not get an opinion from the doctor who ordered the brainstem audiometry test?  Is there a family history of congenital hearing impairment?  Was the mother of the child healthy throughout the pregnancy?

The doctor who asked to go for BERA said to take opinion from the audiologist. The audiologist is suggesting putting hearing aids, but I want to get another expert opinion to identify the root cause of the problem that needs to be addressed.

There is no family history of hearing problem. There was no problem during pregnancy either.
