Sore and itchy tonge

HI day 10 ,first started with thrush on tonge, brought cream from tesco, now got itchy red sore tonge on sides with red bumps, haveing trouble eating also had a cold, it's so itcy I keep scrapein it along teeth, had thrush on and off for at less 5 years, been hospital carnt fingers nothing wrong ?, has anyone got any ideas,

HI only just seen the message, my together same but not that big split on it, mine is sore with white patch of thrush in the middle, also enlarge sometime , had a tonge biopsy 2 weeks ago, going for results in 2 weeks time, I also wonder if food has anything to do with it,
