Sore bit on vulva after sex.

Sorry if TMI. I feel like I'm always worrying about something as I suffer with health anxiety. Sorry for the picture but sometimes after making love I'll get a sore bit on my vulva. It does go away but this is the first time I've looked. Now I'm scared it's cancer. Massive reassurance needed. Shaking with worry. My ex husband kindly gave me herpes/warts 7 years ago FYI!
