Sore boobs , not pregnant and not time for period

Hi guys . 

I’m a 25 year old female. For about a month on and off my boobs have been very sore , mainly on the side of them. 

I’ve felt them and there are no lumps at all. No discharge nothing. I am not pregnant as I haven’t missed a period and take oral contraceptives . 

My last period was this month on the 14 until the 17. 

The past three days the soreness has not been going away whereas in the past it would go away. 

I’ve been putting a hot pack on to relieve the pain but it doesn’t fix the problem.. I wear non wire bras and the pain is less noticeable when I wear one. 

Help please, don’t know if I should see a doctor or not .. the soreness sucks

Which breast? You could have a cyst which is common for young women and women in Perimenapause, have you gone to your doctor to get a check up?

No I haven’t gone to the doctor , just hoping this will go away. Both breasts are sore

It’s both breasts , and haven’t been to the doctor hoping it just goes away
