I do have HSV2 but have never had an outbreak. I don’t know if this is one or something else. It wasn’t painful and itched a little. I also have never had anal sex and i am a female.

Also, I have vaginal discharge thats white/yellowish but I think that may be separate from this.

You can have cracks for multiple reasons, it doesn’t look like herpes.
