I have a photo of my hand I need some advice on.

To upload a photo: If you are using a mobile device, then go to your browser settings and tick Request desktop page. Then reply to your own post and click on the top right icon above the text input field. A photo upload pop-up window should open asking you to select a file.

i can fully understand your condition, I have suffered for over 10 years,
does it start with the iching? That in itself drives me crazy at times. I would use a frozen water bottle to help with the itching use a antihistamine. The creams the Doctor gives out are potent, so be carefully. Use plenty of moisturers, keep soap free.
