Sore just popped but not sure if its Herpes or Cyst

I was diagnosed with HSV2 a couple years ago but never really had an outburst. Around 5 days ago, I noticed a bump that hurt when I wiped. Today it bursted and red and white liquid oozed out. Its just one single large bump that does not hurt when I pee or go about my day. Would love some insight. Thank you.

hmm its hard to tell. if it heals on its own and you alreasy know your diagnosis, no big deal, right? If it gets worse, go in and get the anti-viral meds. Cute nails!
