I keep getting crystal like build up in one of my nipples. makes my boob ache a little. normally only lasts a week or two. anyone have any ideas?
Looks like a tiny slow discharge from your nipple which then dries up to form a crusty plug.Its quite common and using a body lotion on your nipples may help to keep this from being a problem. Does it coincide with your menstrual cycle? If it gets worse or you start to get worried then do see your doctor.
