Sore on end of penis

I have a sore At the head of my penis That looks raw. I have never had an issue like thisBefore. Please advise me on what it looks like. It is extremely troubling.

Hey! First thing first try to relax and not panic. If you are sexually active I would recommend you get tested to herpes HSV-1 and HSV-2. Abstain from masturbation or sex until it heals. This looks looks like something that can be resolved with medication.
