Sore on penis. Went away then came back as multiple. Can’t go to doctor because of covid. HELP!

)sore first appeared in january but went away within 2-3 weeks . now has re appeared multiple sores. very low pain , no liquid discharge or itchingplease help!!!

You’ve given a good account of the likely diagnosis, which is genital herpes (Google). Try to see your doctor for some aciclovir meds and get checked for other STDs. Alert your partner likewise.
