Tell me the sore skin under my cast is a normal thing. I’ve been loading on the lotion on the toes that are sticking out of the cast, but it feels like the bottom of my foot is on fire. I don’t think it’s nerve pain just tender skin.
I’m hoping to get the cast off in a week…fingers crossed…any suggestions on fixing the skin??
Lotion? Warm baths? I never thought I’d care so much about my leg skin but if my toes are any indication, my leg skin has to be a mess.
