No have not had one done yet, as stupid doctor keeps telling me anxiety, and acid reflus, my discomfort does radiate on my chest some times but not always does yours
have you had x ray yet are you intending too, I am so scared to have it done
I haven't been to my doc yet. Just my chiropractor. I feel like mine is musculoskeletal because I can feel it when lifting my arm but 4 months is a long time I have had it . I have been scared to go to doc. I tend to worry .
we sound so alike, I have had mine for more than 4 months
We do.. does yours come and go??
mine tends to stay, which worries me, does yours sometimes less noticeable but still there
Yes!!! Just like that. I mean sometimes I don't feel it at all. But most days just something dull that I feel ...messes with my mind more than I actually feel pain. Some days it can be very noticeable with a cough or sneeze. If I don't feel it during the day I still usually feel it a night it bed because I'm a side sleeper. I try to sleep on back as well. Are you on phone or computer alot with your shoulders roll forward neck down looking at your phone? I have noticed if I will pay close attention to my posture and do chest stretches it helps.
yes I work from home on the computer, and think i may have bad posture, as sometimes I get it in the back too but that is more recent
will you be going to the doctors for yours
can you describe your pain, like I said mine is just a overall ache is how I describe it
I keep saying I'm going to and then it gets better for a few days . Have you looked into costochondritis? I took the Web md symptoms test haha!!! Said my sounded like musculoskeletal or costochondritis. Both can last for several months .....I have heard of people with costochondritis for 2 years. I think when we think about to much it does cause anxiety which cause us to tense up and make other muscle tense up. What has your doc said??
Ummm mine is a sore spot . Not sharp are very painful. Almost feels like a catch if that makes since. I feel like an ache when I turn on my side in that same spot if I would raise my arm sometimes I feel it. Can you stretch it out? I can stretch it out when it's really sore and that seems to help.
is yours badly painful mine is not, but I was thinking costo too, but really not sure and so so scared to go doctors, i say the same im going back to see them and then lose the nerve the next day
Also i have read that costo is very painful and mines not, so not sure, so wish i knew what is was
mines like a pulling ache sometimes, i don't even know how to describe it
Not its not badly painful at all .... I was just reading another thread on here title costochondritis and anxiety... and sitting alot and bad posture can have alot to do with it. Being out of alignment. I have one hip that sits higher than the other.
That's how I would describe mine like a pulling ache. I don't think it's something bad wrong....I know my mind tends to want to go there sometimes. Have a rib out of place can cause bad posture sitting alot.
seems like stressing is part of it as feel it in my other side of chest as i am right to you grr just want to feel normal agin, i have had some reflux too have you not sure if it is connected
I sometimes feel it in the same spot also in the other side. Just that goes away. I'm here to chat whenever comes straight to my email. So please feel free too. I have days where it really bothers me.
Thank you so much, nice to not feel alone, same goes for you, if you want to chat send message through here I will always respond, have you chatted with anyone else that has similar symptoms x
No ....but there is a physical therapy doc online dr Joe you may can Google her. I sent her a message. She thought muscular or rib our of place. or costochondritis. ...she said she wouldn't be to concerned with it. It's just that fact that it's on going I know that worry us more. I don't notice it up moving around cleaning or out doing things. Unless it is very very sore and some days or different that others. I notice it the most if I have been sitting a lot or in bed. I have noticed alot of people saying that. What about you?
