Hi All,
About a week ago i developed a rather sore throat and cough with my tonsils covered in white marks/pus. Referred back to the GP who prescribed me antibiotics. Its been two days of a 5 day course, with my cough and sore throat clearing up relatively well, I did however notice from one day to the next, a lump towards the back of my tongue (pic attached) Apologies for bluriness i will try to upload better pictures in the comments. image
Does anyone know what this may be? I have had history with tonsil abscesses before but nothing on my tongue.
Any answers/advice much appreciated.
