Sore throat and white spot? *Pics included*

Ive been generally ill for about 5 days now, sore throat mainly - with runny nose, fatigue, etc. Since the start, ive had a white spot on my left tonsil which isn't going away and sone kind of swollen ref thing at the back of my throat too? i dont want to waste drs time if its just a normal sore throat, but should i get it checked out on monday? TIA ❤️!
