I've had a sore vagina and urethra for months now. I've been lucky enough to have a wonderful GP and GUM consultant who have run multiple tests. I've had urine tests, HIV test, syphilis, chlamydia gonorrhoea BV thrush trico, and higher vaginal swabs. All with negative results. I've had a pelvic exam, a transvaginal ultrasound and a visual exam and I have been told there's nothing wrong and nothing can be found. I've also have a full blood count showing normal white blood cells and inflammation markers. I still have a terribly sore vagina and urethra which twinges all the time as well as abdominal pain and yellowy/green discharge on occasion. Can anyone think at all of what this could be as its driving me crazy 😭😭 I want to eventually start trying for children but I have zero sex drive due to pain and a complete lack of confidence. I'm not sure what else the doctors can do!
