i have had these little sores that are not fluid like for about 3 days, they can be sore and occasionally itchy, not puss like at all, kind of look like ulcer type sores.. how can I great this? been checked and I have no std's, I do suffer from coldores on my lips but am very careful with not going near my private parts with fingers, towels etc when I have an outbreak

HSV-1 (cold sores) can be transmitted through oral, even if you are not having any signs or symptoms of an outbreak.
This does look like an outbreak. Please see a doctor for confirmation. The doctor will swab the sores and send it in for testing.
If this is truly herpes, and it is HSV-1, the reoccurrence of outbreaks on the genitalia are not often at all, unlike with HSV-2 (the cold sore strain apparently is not a fan of that area).
And please keep in mind… SOOOO many people have genital HSV1-2 and DO NOT KNOW THEY HAVE IT. It is becoming as common as the common cold.
