I can't post pictures because file size is to big
Can you try photoing them on another device or if you can change the file type that can reduce the file size …
Otherwise, you will need to describe what you have in detail and state:-
When they first appeared? - have you noticed anything in particular making them seem worse? - Are you / were sexually active immediately before they appeared? - Do you regularly apply anything to the penis such as Lubes, Baby Oil, Condoms, Skin Cream / ointments, or any chemical compound? - Are you circumcised or have had problems with your foreskin? - Age?
I’m 20. It appeared after I had sex, which included oral sex as well. It’s been a week now and nothing has change. I am uncircumcised. It itches constantly, until I apply cold water. There are like a lot of cuts/bruises everywhere. Every morning I pull my foreskin back, there’s this white substance. I do not apply anything to my penis and I didn’t use a condom when I had sex
Best thing to do is to get to a Specialist Sexual Health Service, such as a GUM Clinic at a General Hospital, or a Walk-in Centre if you are near to a City that has one, otherwise, get to your Regular Doctor / GP A/S/P - certainly do not have sex again until you get this sorted.
Once the main condition is being treated, you may have ongoing skin issues - so by all means update your forum post here once you have had a medical professional deal with what you have …
