Go to your doctor immediately, sound like it could be herpes to me. But I could be wrong, just go to be sure.

I have looked at pictures of herpes and it doesn't look like that. They are quite big, and looks like white splats where the spots are.
My friend said it could be because I've been in bed for a few days and its to do with heat and the sanitary towel. But I'm not sure
You should go to the doctor to get a proper diagnosis, I'm not sure what it could be now. Let me know what u find out
Herpes can lay dormant for years, I'm not trying to scare you or anything just letting you know.. I do hope it's not herpes
